For Domestic (India) Events:

• Cancellation Requests: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will be eligible for a 70% refund of the ticket price.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for refunds.
• Event Changes by Organizer: In case the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any processing fees.

For International Events:

• Cancellation Requests: For cancellations made up to 14 days before the event date, a 50% refund will be issued.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 14 days before the event will not be eligible for refunds.
• Event Changes by Organizer: If an event is canceled or rescheduled by GMarley Records, attendees will receive a full refund.

Important Notes:

• Processing Times: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation request, depending on your payment method.
• Transaction Fees: Some cancellations may be subject to transaction fees depending on the payment provider.
• Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable and can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
• Special Packages: For custom or travel-inclusive packages, please refer to specific cancellation terms that may apply.
